<<Boxer : The boxer with its short-haired coat needs moderate to little
attention. Its coat needs mere occasional brushing with a
rubber brush, especially during moulting.
<<Bull Dog : When it moults,
this short-haired breed must be brushed, using a rubber brush because
a hard brush may prove harmful to
its skin. The breed stands out for the many folds in its face.
These can be cleaned with special lotions made specially for
the purpose.
<<Labrador : The coat, being thick and dense with a weather
resistant undercoat is not difficult to care for. Brushing it once
a week
with special attention during the moulting period would take
care of the needful.
<<Golden Retriever : This breed is highly demanding in grooming
requirements. Regular brushing and combing with removal of excess
hair from
between the pads of the feet are necessary. Also, regular ear cleaning
and
bathing are an absolute must. Hair may be trimmed at times to
lend it a well-groomed appearance
<<Great Dane : Its short-haired coat required very little attention.
A rubber brush should be used to comb the hair. Special care must
be given to remove loose or dead hair during moulting.
